First released in 1922 by the fledgling Lucky LLC., 'Jackpot' innovated the slot machine industry by introducing blinking lights, an arm on the side, an the enlarged coin tray. The machine had also become a huge hit, with thousands of orders for the slot machine being placed monthly until its discontinuation in 1930 after the onset of the Great Depression. |
