Climbing Carnivine

Most carnivorous plants are small, delicate things, only capable of catching the occasional fly. The carnivine, however, is a hand-grown, specially bred predator plant barely restrained by the trellis it entwines. Each blossom sways and searches avidly for anything it can catch and eat, from tiny insects on up to adult rodents. Care should be taken that the carnivine is kept well fed, or it may wither and die. Caution: Mature carnivines have been known to "broaden their menu" in such desperate times. |
